This process involves an initial consultation where we let you describe your business and what you expect from your web site. If you are new to the Internet don't worry, we have the patience and the information you will need to make an effective and informed business decision.

• initial consultation - Free
• basic site design - $75.00/hr.
• advanced site features - $90.00/hr (sound, animations, graphics, database development and integration)

A basic electronic brochure sites consist of a main page, products page, services page, location page with map, contact page, and one or two other pages for supporting details you desire.   The pages will be accessed by an easily identifiable and useful navigation system.

The number of pages, images, detailed description are needed determine the total cost for developing your site.

Remember - a key component of ANY site design is EASE OF USE. Nothing should be more than one or two "clicks" away. The customer or user should not get lost navigating around the web site.

project management

For large scale implementations and projects involving integration with current business resources, project management is STRONGLY recommended to assure your development is completed on time and within budget.

We have developed sites ranging from online project management tools (OpenItems.com), Insurance brokerage operations (Cybersure.com), and financial asset management (Babcock & Brown).  These are all database driven applications built for scalability and reliability.

Your web site needs will change as time goes by and you gain feedback from your customers or users.  Content will require changing and modifications will be needed.  We can help you get started with this, or can do this for you on a continual basis.

• minor (1 page or less) verbiage changes emailed - FREE
• all other changes - $75/hr

computer consulting & training

Everything from computer purchase, setup, software usage, browser settings, etc. Just contact us and ask for our assistance.

• on site training - $90/hr

digital photography & scanning

Your web site may be enhanced with photographs and scanned images. We will visit your site and take the photo's you desire or produce scanned images from your photos, drawing or pictures.

• on site digital photography - $90/hr
• scanning - $15/image

domain name registration & site hosting

We recommend an individual domain name ("www.yourcompany.com") for every business . These names are one way your customers will find and remember you on the Internet.

Domain names are administered by a variety of providers, including Network Solutions, Inc. The charge is generally $70 for the first two years then $35 each year thereafter. We will bill you for this cost and you or Fishin' Time Marketing can handle the renewal after the first two years.

We will help secure your Domain Name when contracted to build your web site. Your site will be "hosted" on a reliable and fast public domain host.  Costs are:

• domain name registration - Included FREE as part of site development charge - otherwise $50 in addition to the registering company charge.
   
• domain name fees - $70 for 2 years then $35/yr (passed on to you).
   
• hosting setup fee - $50 (waived with two year pre-paid hosting).
   
• hosting of "brochure" sites - $20/month paid in annual installment ($240).  Includes up to 10MB of space ($1/MB/month additional storage).
   
• hosting of MS Access database sites - $50 setup, $30/month paid annually ($360), storage space is included in the existing amount.
   
• hosting SQL sites - $200 Setup fee, $60/month paid in annual installment ($720),  $50 ODBC Setup (to access database).
   
• All sites include 3 POP3 email accounts or unlimited email aliasing (forward to another existing mailbox)
