Less than 10 minutes away is Emerald Bay - one of the most beautiful and photographed places in the world (see photos page).  Many other outdoor activates are in the back yard - like hiking in remote wildernesses, fishing lake Tahoe (or doing any of the tourist things they offer), biking, golf, and let's not forget - the Casinos are 10 minutes away.

So far nothing is planned other than the wedding time and dates the property is ours.  There is just so much to do (or not do), that you will have to seek what pleases you the most. Since we will all be in the same location, there is no need to coordinate schedules - just go out and have fun, we'll see you back at the house.

We do plan on making a couple of Golf Tee Time (will be posted on calendar when known) on Thursday the 12th and Friday the 13th (ooohhhh).  Here are the courses:

• Tahoe Paradise Golf Course   530-577-2121  4,034 yds and par 66 - will make time for Friday morning
   
• Lake Tahoe Golf Course  530-577-0788   6741 yds and par 71 - best to play this on Thursday morning
   
• Edgewood - only if you want to spend the big bucks - but this is where the Reno/Tahoe Celebrity Golf Tournament is held annually.
   
• South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce - for all kinds of local information
  
• Tahoe Sport Fishing - Find out where to catch the big one!
