Ok - here is our plan.  Since Mi Ah's relatives are in Ohio and LA for the most part, and Shawn's are in Colorado and North Carolina, we have decided to have our wedding in South Lake Tahoe, CA.  Fortunately, most of our friends are located here in the Northern California/Nevada area, so they will be able to enjoy what we have planned also.

This is going to be more of a "Family Reunion" Vacation (hopefully not the Chevy Chase kind :-) for everyone rather than a quick trip out and back.  

For the days July 11, 2001 to July 16, 2001 (see Calendar section) We have rented an entire property in South Lake Tahoe called the Mountain Home.  This place is AWESOME.  It will sleep up to 90 people (though our list is only 70 and there are always the "cannot come" people).  It has all the toys - very large projection screen theater room, pool table room, 2 extra houses, over 12 bedrooms - with more than enough bathrooms and showers, hot tub spa, large backyard, RV parking......  Read more about Lake Tahoe by viewing the "Activities" page.

So all you have to do is get here (see transportation page), and your lodging is taken care of.   We really, really, really want everyone to come out and stay all five days - make this a vacation that is topped off with a beautiful wedding, in a beautiful place, with a beautiful wife... and you may ask yourself - well how did I get here?... (never mind, I transgressed into a verse from the Talking Heads song :-).

The Wedding, Rehearsal Bar-b-Q dinner and Reception will be at the Mountain House Property, which has a large grass covered back yard, trees, and all the tables/chairs and fixens needed.
